Bonnie is Head of Projects at the Sustainable Food Trust, an organisation working to accelerate the transition to more sustainable and regenerative food and farming systems in the UK and globally. Since joining the SFT in 2016, Bonnie has led on a number of projects and campaigns, including Feeding Britain from the Ground Up, Beacon Farms, and work on food education and local food procurement. Bonnie was also very involved in the evolution of The Harmony Project – an initiative, working with educators to put sustainability, nature, and an understanding of where our food comes from, at the heart of teaching and learning.
